2. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, social media, or directly at the studio.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time to complete any necessary forms or preparations.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited deposit.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices vary depending on design complexity, size, color, and artist.
All quotes provided are estimates only and may change based on the final artwork and session time.
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments as specified by the studio.
Full payment is required upon completion of your session.
4. Health & Safety
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo service.
Please inform your artist of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before starting.
Our studio follows strict hygiene and sterilization standards. All equipment and materials are either single-use or properly sanitized according to health regulations.
CD Inkworks Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears intoxicated, uncooperative, or under the influence of substances.
5. Artwork & Copyright
All tattoo designs created by CD Inkworks Tattoo are intellectual property of the studio and its artists.
You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any artwork without permission.
Reference images provided by clients will be used only as inspiration and may be modified for artistic integrity.
6. Aftercare & Liability
Proper aftercare is essential for healing and long-term tattoo quality. Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions.
CD Inkworks Tattoo is not responsible for any adverse reactions, infections, or fading due to improper aftercare.
Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion, depending on the cause of healing issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
By receiving services from CD Inkworks Tattoo, you acknowledge that tattoos carry inherent risks, including infection, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with design or placement.
You agree to release CD Inkworks Tattoo and its staff from all liability related to your tattoo experience.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
